Kyveli Short graduated from King’s College London in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, she worked at Anemon Productions in Athens, as the lead production manager on the documentary Dolphin Man (2017), directed by Lefteris Charitos, which was the recipient of two Hellenic Film Academy Awards. As a freelancer, she is the Associate Producer of the short fiction films A Summer Place (Tampere 2021) by Alexandra Matheou, and Patision Avenue (Venice 2018) by Thanasis Neofotistos, as well as the hybrid short film Bella (Visions du Réel 2020) by Thelyia Petraki.
She is currently collaborating with Maria Drandaki on the development of four feature films: Konstantina Kotzamani’s debut feature, Titanic Ocean; Sofia Exarchou’s sophomore feature, Animal; Yorgos Zois’ sophomore feature, Arcadia, and Syllas Tzoumerkas’ latest feature film, My Soul Startled.
She is a Sarajevo Talents alumnus and, in 2020, she was awarded by Artworks the SNF Artist Fellowship.
