MLADEN DJORDEVIĆ’S LABOUR DAY STARTS SHOOTING

Mladen Djordjevič’s Labour Day starts shooting in Beograd. The Serbian director’s second film after his transgressive and provocative arthouse hit Life and Death of a Porno Gang, follows a group of ex-workers from a recently closed factory who in their fight for dignity, reach out to the supernatural.
Labour Day Is co-produced by Milan Stojanović (Sense production, Serbia), Mladen Djordjevič (Corona Film, Serbia), Martitchka Bozhilova (Agitprop, Bulgaria), Maria Drandaki (Homemade Films, Greece), Ivan Marinović (Adriatic Western, Montenegro), Anamaria Antoci (Tangaj production, Romania) with the support of Film Center Serbia, the Bulgarian National Film Center, the Greek Film Centre, Film Centre Montenegro and Eurimages.
